S. Walter Packaging Acquires West-Cost Based Packaging Specialties, Inc.
S. Walter Packaging recently acquired Packaging Specialties, with operations in Portland, Oregon and a new location in Seattle, Washington. This acquisition will expand S. Walter’s geographic presence in the Pacific Northwest, coupled with an increasing ability to service customers on a national basis.
S. Walter Packaging is a leader in the retail packaging industry as a provider of coordinated stock and custom bags, boxes, and accessories. Packaging Specialties is well-known in their local market, and S. Walter is dedicated to maintaining a local presence in the region. Packaging Specialties will now be known as “Packaging Specialties by S. Walter” and will use the tagline “Locally grown, nationally known.”
