Chris Stoler Joins Vanguard Packaging as Chief Executive Officer

KANSAS CITY, MO (April 1, 2021) — Vanguard Packaging, founded in 1975, a leading designer and manufacturer of value-added point-of-purchase displays, today announces the appointment of Chris Stoler as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Stoler will be responsible for creating the infrastructure to grow Vanguard organically through its sales driven culture, eCommerce, and acquisition. Current CEO, Mark Mathes has announced that he will be stepping away from the day-to-day management of the business to take on the new role of Executive Chairman. Mr. Jerry W. Ritter of Doral Packaging/S. Walter Packaging Passes Away

Jerome "Jerry" W. Ritter, 86, of Bellefontaine, OH passed away peacefully at home on January 25, 2021.

Jerry was married for 61 years to Joanne Ritter, who survives him. He is also survived by his brother Jack (Carol) Ritter of Lancaster, OH, their three children, five wonderful grandchildren, and beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Logan County Education Foundation and the Ritter Family Grant.
